Due to the uncertainty surrounding customs duties, only orders under USD 800 are being accepted to the US for the moment. Orders below this amount remain exempt from customs duties and taxes. If you wish to purchase items above USD 800, please contact us at sales@skoaktiebolaget.com and we will find a solution.

International (outside the EU) clients are responsible for any local customs and duties.
We ship our goods across the globe through DHL Express. We also offer regular postal service for USA (UPS).
Orders below minimum order
Within the EU: €15
Rest of the World: €35
Parcel tracing
Use DHL to trace your parcel. The courier and tracking number is included in your dispatch confirmation. To facilitate shipping notifications, updates, flat rate returns and customs, please enter an e-mail address on your order. If using regular post service your parcel will be traceable on the Postnord website but for the best trace service we ask you to use the government owned courier in the country of destination. Please use the same tracking number as you were sent upon the completion of your order.

VAT - within the European Union
VAT is included for any order within the EU. No additional charges or customs will be charged within the EU.
VAT - outside the European Union
Our site is "geo sensitive" and will automatically show you the price without VAT if you are browsing from outside the EU. No VAT will be charged. However, any customs duties and/or local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. If you have any further questions about VAT and VAT deduction, please feel free to e-mail us. We will never write down the value of a product to avoid customs.
Currencies and billing
The Skoaktiebolaget site is geo sensitive and will try to use your local currency. If your currency is not supported we will bill you in Euros or US Dollar.
